You will be able to travel for long hours on the road with pleasure, without getting stuck, in our most comfortable 2+1 vehicles with wide seat space.
For 17 years, you have been getting the materials you know from our branches in both Kartepe and Kartalkaya with our tour. Moreover, your information is taken in advance and your materials are ready when the bus pulls up.
On our return from skiing, we dress our hungry stomachs with half sausage bread + hot/cold drinks at the PenguenTepe ski rental shops. Then, you gain time until the best stopping point on the road.

Our tour is only on weekends, one bus per day. We do not have transportation on weekdays.
We travel in 2+1 format, meaning that we try to seat our passengers who will arrive alone (single seating cannot be guaranteed for reservations before the last days, it is recommended not to be late). In this way, you can travel more comfortably with us for hours.

***To reserve ski equipment, information must be entered into the system during online tour reservation. If there is no material left that meets your physical criteria, you will be informed and an alternative may be suggested. Incomplete or incorrect information and late notifications may affect the correct booking of your reservation.

This is a daily ski pass with unlimited access for one person.
Access to the slopes is only allowed with a valid ski pass.
Prices are set and updated by the facilities. PenguenTepe does not guarantee fixed prices.
Our tour allows you the freedom of choice: the bus stops between two facilities, and you decide where to go. Guests are responsible for paying the facilities directly.
Discount/promotion opportunities are available with our early booking campaigns that end on November 30th each year (penguentepe.com/firsatlar). After this date, we DO NOT apply promotions or different prices depending on the number of people or age (students etc.).
If you request a special tour/vehicle for your institution/group, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to kurumsal (at) penguentepe.com with the date, number of people and location information. Note: We would like to inform you that personalized studies for special requests are not lower than the standard package pricing.
Babies: Babies under the age of 2 are free of charge provided that they come on their laps without occupying a seat. However, we would like to inform you that especially daily ski tours are not suitable for families with babies. 2 years of age and older are subject to the standard fee.
For individuals under 18: Teenagers aged 16-17 may participate only with a signed written consent from their parent or guardian (the original document must be handed to the guide when boarding the bus). Children aged 0-15 are only allowed with their parents or legal guardians.
You can make your reservation by completing your payment through our online system by clicking the "Buy" buttons under the packages above. As long as the system provides a quota for the date you want, there is availability (Note: If the date you want is full and this date & location is an absolute priority for you, there may be occasional openings in the quota. If you send your request to tur@penguentepe.com, we will put you on the reserve list and contact you immediately when there is an opening).
NO reservations or reservations by phone / by sending a deposit: With our online system, you enter your information in writing and leave no room for mistakes. When the payment is completed, the contract is sent to your e-mail instantly, and your invoice is sent after the end of the tour (For early reservation tickets, when all tickets are used or after the last cancellation day). Do not risk your legal/insurance guarantees, your payment and your travel with cash payments and non-contracted service purchases.
We kindly remind you that for reservations with bank transfer payment, the payment must be completed within 1 hour, and the receipt containing your reservation number must be sent to tur(at)penguentepe.com. Reservations not paid within 1 hour will be considered invalid and canceled. PenguenTepe is not obligated to contact or remind customers regarding invalid online reservations.
When will your vehicle be full?: It is impossible to give a time and know when the seats will be full. When you decide, the only guaranteed way is to buy.
It is sufficient to indicate that you want to sit together in the vehicle by stating the reservation number of the other purchased ticket in the "Note" section during your reservation or by sending an e-mail to tur@penguentepe.com after your reservation.
You can rent ski sets and clothes, as well as buy accessories such as thermal underwear, ski socks, gloves at the PenguenTepe ski house on favorable terms.
The season opening date depends on the snow level and the preparation of the facilities. Our company NEVER announces uncertain opening dates, as in the past, many people have been affected by last-minute cancellations due to inaccurate information. To stay up-to-date with the latest announcements, please follow our platforms (Instagram, mobile app), where we provide updates on weather conditions, snow levels, open slopes, and the season opening date. Our latest update always reflects the most current status. Please note, such information is not provided via phone.
- SKIPASS: In Kartalkaya, it is absolutely not possible to enter the tracks (Dorukkaya or Kartal) without a skipass card. All our guests are required to purchase a skipass card from the facilities. Kartalkaya ski resort does not accept pedestrians/day trippers other than skiers. It is the customer's responsibility to learn the current skipass price information determined by the facilities (if there are any changes, if necessary) from the relevant facilities.
- RIGHT TO CANCEL: No cancellation, refund or change can be made within the last 24 hours prior to tour departure. Your changes will be made without any fee deductions before 24 hours, and in case of a cancellation request, a full refund will be made to your payment channel (Your credit card will be transferred within 1-7 business days, transfers will be completed within 2 business days). For the validity of your request and the possibility of being followed up by our authorities, you must definitely and only write to tur@penguentepe.com in writing.
- FORCE MAJEURE: The organization cannot be held responsible for changes due to force majeure caused by natural conditions such as weather, snow, road conditions. Please remember that skiing is a nature sport. Only Tours cancelled before departure time will be fully refunded.
- FOOD: Apart from the breakfast treats on the bus, sausage bread and hot/cold beverages are served at our PenguenTepe Kartalkaya branch on the way back from skiing. Lunch/saucus bread is not served at the cafes on the ski slopes.
PARKING DISTANCE: We do not force our guests to go to one of the two facilities at the summit. Our bus parks between the two facilities and we leave the choice to our guests. - SEAT SELECTION: While the type and size of the vehicles are directly proportional to the passenger capacity, the focus is on the most comfortable buses among market standards. No seat number can be promised.
