Since 2013, we have been offering solutions with quality and affordable alternatives without the need to purchase equipment with our Kartalkaya ski rental branch located on the Kartalkaya road.
In addition to the opportunity to rent upper segment award-winning snowboard sets with the "Elite Series" concept, we also provide the opportunity to ski off-piste with all mountain skis. With our tourism and sports-oriented professional team, we enjoy being a positive part of your memories during your ski trip and relaxing with our hot drink treats in front of our wood stove at the end of the day.

PenguenTepe Academy - FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- Standard ski / snowboard sets are older and standard model products. Recommended for beginners.
- Upper segment sets consist of newer and higher brands/models. In (+) and (++) sets other than standard, new and comfortable shoes of strong brands such as Burton - Atomic are provided.
- (+) Ski sets are generally 1-3 years old Atomic sets. Snowboards of the same category consist of new sets of 1-3 years old or award-winning elite boards older than 3 years.
- (+) Freestyle / All Mountain sets include models that allow you to ski off-piste and on heavy snow, and that allow you to ski twin type, i.e. double-sided Freestyle on the track.
- (++) Snowboard sets include award-winning and upper category new snowboards of brands such as Burton and Lib Tech that are 1-3 years old. Shoes are also provided as new Burton.

*** You can use the reservation form below to reserve the product you want by making a reservation in advance and save time in the morning (Payment will be collected).
- There is no hourly or half-day rental. Minimum 1-day rental is made and must be returned on the same day (until 18:30).
- In multi-day rentals, unused future days can be refunded (Information from the previous day must be sent and the products must be returned). In daily rentals, if the product is not returned within 2 hours after delivery, the fee for that day will not be refunded (Including all force majeure reasons).
- Prices are standard and fixed in all our branches, PenguenTepe has the right to change prices.
- ID must be left during rental and the rental contract must be signed.

Ski Equipment Reservation Form
Secure the right products for you and your ski morning
- Your request must be sent by 16:00 at least one day before the day the equipment will be used.
- Due to the morning rush in our branches, reservation requests are responded to in the order of requests after 12:00 noon during the day. Please do not confirm the process before this time.
- In all sets except "Standard", upper segment, new shoes are provided. These are Burton brand for boarders and Atomic brand for skiers in all our branches. If you have rented (+) products from us before and recorded the number, please indicate it in the "Your Foot Size" section. In this way, you can receive your products without having to try on shoes and without wasting time.
- Payment must be completed for the reservation to be valid (You will be contacted).
- There are no hourly or half-day rentals. Rentals are made daily and must be returned the same day (Standard rental conditions apply).
- For No-Shows, the first day's reservation will not be refunded (Notifying in the morning of the reservation day is not a valid reason, your product is arranged and reserved specifically for you by the team the day before).

Ski / Snowboard maintenance significantly increases your skiing experience. You cannot get performance with unmaintained skis, and you may have difficulty especially on low-slope slopes.
Dop up your skiing experience by having your skis serviced while drinking your tea/coffee at our branches. Note: Maintenance time depends on density and order.
